For most quality teams, checking sort and defect status still means walking off the floor, exporting inspection data and formatting it in Excel, or waiting on the sort provider’s report. By the time the picture comes together, the situation on the plant floor has already moved.
MS Companies is introducing the new MS Force Customer Portal to close that gap. MS Companies delivers the sorting and inspection, and MS Force gives customers a live view of that work, with sort activity, sort history, supplier performance, defect photos and AI-generated insights in one place.
The goal is simple: make quality information easier to see, understand, and act on.
Check Your Sort From the Floor
Quality issues rarely wait for the next report.
The Live Quality Dashboard shows live inspection sorts at a selected location, including active sorts, inspection volume, defect activity, performance trends, sort-level metrics and estimated costs. Live views update in real time, so teams can check current activity in seconds from any device, including a phone on the plant floor.
Suppliers whose parts are on containment at a customer’s plant see the same numbers the plant sees, so both sides work from one view.
From the dashboard, users can drill into any sort to see the activity behind the numbers and decide where attention is needed.
Ask Anything About Your Data
Finding what changed often means digging through reports by hand.
AI Insights on Demand generates insights from location, sort and supplier data to surface trends, outliers and areas worth investigating. With Ask, users type questions about their data in plain language, and suggested questions point to areas that may need a closer look.
The MS Force AI assistant is available on every page, so users can ask about whatever they’re reviewing without leaving it. A built-in training module, glossary and feature videos help new users get comfortable quickly.
Follow Every Sort From Start to Finish
Each sort carries its own history: what was found, how performance changed and what evidence was captured along the way.
Sort Visibility brings current and previous sorts for a location into one view. Customers can filter sorts, customize the columns shown, review key metrics and AI-generated insights, and save preferred views to their login.
Opening a sort shows its tracking, current trends, defect rates, CNCM history, estimated costs, inspection activity, AI insights and the photos captured when issues were found. When a customer, an auditor or an escalation asks what happened, the record is already in one place.
See Inspection Data by Supplier
Poor supplier performance drives repeat defects, containment and rework, and the warning signs are easy to miss when supplier data lives in separate reports.
Supplier Performance lets teams view inspection data by supplier for a selected location, with defect percentages, PPM trends, active sorts, release status, and AI-generated insights side by side. Teams can filter, group, search, and customize the view, and follow the suppliers they want to watch more closely.
Selecting a supplier opens its sorts, defect photos, and trends, and users can move straight from the supplier into the sorts connected to that activity.
