JASON BEAUBIEN, Chief Strategy Officer, leads the analysis and performance inside and outside departments of the company. Beaubien ensures the strategic, professional execution of responsive processes for continuous service and improvement.
Chief Technology Officer
ZACH GRAY, Chief Technology Officer, worked his way to the executive team joining MS Companies as a leader in a companywide initiative to eliminate all manual waste associated with pervasive paper time sheets and manual entry. He also developed and implemented an in-house, web-based software solution that remains successfully in use throughout the company today.

SCOTT HALLER, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, which spans the 200,000-strong talent pool, more than 900 customers, and 14 states. Since joining MS Companies in 2013, he has cultivated a culture of continuous improvement through operations to leverage the expertise necessary to encourage and sustain the company’s exponential nationwide network growth.
Chief Business Development Officer
COURTNEY JONES, Chief Business Development Officer, joined the company in 2007 as a Business Development Representative, when the company had offices in three states. Shortly thereafter, during the challenge of the global recession, she drove outstanding revenue growth for the company despite the downturn’s particularly difficult effects on the automotive industry.

JOE THIEL, Partner at <hackd/>, oversees talent scheduling and fulfillment throughout the MS Companies’ 14-state network. Devoting his entire career to operation successful, Thiel brings more than two decades of experience in the staffing and outsourcing industries. <hackd/>, MS Companies' IT partner, delivers world-class IT management and analytics across the 14-state network, with operating offices in Indianapolis and Atlanta and new offices coming to Chicago and Nashville.
Chief Financial Officer
NICK VANDERGRIFT, Chief Financial Officer, oversees the company’s corporate finance processes and reports, internal metric development, financial planning and analysis, audit and tax compliance, risk management, and investor relations. Through a continued emphasis on building on building systems to facilitate big-data transparency, Vandergrift has created a Finance Department focused on delivering real-time visibility to business performance.
